Troop 5 Scoutmaster Announcements – Nov 12, 2024

We will hold a court of honor next Tuesday around 7:00pm in the sanctuary of the church, following an abbreviated troop meeting and committee meeting. All family and friends are welcome to attend as we honor the advancement and accomplishments of our scouts.

A reminder that Eric Casey is asking all adult volunteers to complete their annual Youth Protection Training (YPT) no later than November 26th. There is no troop meeting that night so you have time to get it done.

For scouts attending winter camp at Pipsico, Kristina Malleck needs your preferred merit badge selections no later than Tuesday, December 3rd. The 2025 Winter Camp Merit Badge Guidebook is now available at https://pipsicobsa.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/WinterCampMBG-25.pdf.

Finally, all parents should attend the December 10th troop meeting, where we will renew all memberships for 2025. Please mark your calendar for that important date if you have not already done so.
